Both plans include AI visibility tracking, Google Search Console integration, and a dedicated analyst. Enterprise plans are available for organizations managing multiple websites.

Payment methods

Patnick accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our payment processor. We support Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely — Patnick never stores your card details directly. You can update your payment method at any time from Dashboard > Settings > Billing or through the Stripe customer portal.

Downloading invoices

All invoices are available through the Stripe customer portal. Access it from Dashboard > Settings > Billing > "Manage Billing". The portal shows your complete payment history with downloadable PDF invoices for each transaction. Invoices include all required details for business expense reporting.

Upgrading or downgrading your plan

Accepted Answer

You can change your plan at any time from Dashboard > Settings > Billing. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated for the current billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data, findings, and fix history are preserved regardless of plan changes.

14-day money-back guarantee

Every new subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Patnick within the first 14 days, contact us at support@patnick.com for a full refund, no questions asked. The refund window starts from your first payment date. After 14 days, you can still cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.

Cancellation process

Accepted Answer

To cancel your subscription, go to Dashboard > Settings > Billing > "Manage Billing" and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We recommend a 6-month minimum commitment to see meaningful SEO results, but there is no contractual obligation — cancel anytime. Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days.
