Technically unlimited. The 8-dimension audit runs per market, so 10 markets = 10 audit reports rolled into one dashboard. In practice, most multilingual clients have 3-7 active markets and that's where the ROI is cleanest. Beyond 10 markets, Enterprise pricing is more appropriate.
Do you work with subdomains or subdirectories or ccTLDs?
All three. I prefer subdirectories for SEO (most flexibility) but I work with whatever architecture you already have. The hreflang audit handles all three patterns correctly.
What about RTL languages like Arabic or Hebrew?
Works the same way. RTL languages add some technical considerations (meta direction, canonical handling) but nothing that breaks the Patnick snippet or the audit logic.
